Don’t plan to build on it just preserve view

When I bought my house, previous owner claimed lot next to mine was unbuildable (due to right of way and road rainwater runoff ditch through middle). Lot sat there unused for 8 years until jacklegs bought it last year. They said “contractor will figure it out.” When they were told it would cost another $25k to move the ditch they put lot back on market. I’m basically buying it so no other idiots try to cram a strange house on the strange shaped lot. And we live on hill with nice view, deer, and turkeys roaming around.

Absolutely! You definitely must consult a lawyer. -- EDGEMAN 07/24/2019 11:06AM

  You're probably better off consulting a lawyer. -- vthokieq 07/24/2019 08:19AM
